Our system accomplishes four key results. Understanding the synergy of the system is key to understanding it’s total value.
CONTROL AND MANAGE BUILDING PRESSURE.
Unless air circulation is under control, filtration and purifying systems are bound to fail. Unity controls building pressure dynamically. We measure the building pressure and use advanced algorithms with outside air to control it. In hostile environments, like kitchens, where fans are turning on and off and temperatures swing, UNITY constantly keeps your pressure steady and air circulating the way it should. WiFI thermostats can’t do that.
CLEAN THE AIR
With the Safe Air System in place, outside air enters a building via upgraded, washable Merv 9 filters. These filters remove traffic pollutants, pollen, mold and pathogens down to 1.0 microns.
Once the air passes the outside filters or returns from inside the facility, the air mixes and continues through Merv 16 High Performance panel filters. These filters are proven to remove 95% of ultra-fine particles, including viruses, bacteria, allergens and other pollutants. It’s like adding N95 protection for your whole building.
VALIDATION
Can you prove your air is clean? UNITY provides two air quality sensors. Our first device is a fixed sensor that reports results to your UNITY system, where we capture data and provide detailed feedback on the quality of your air over time. Our innovative air flow sensors detect and report when it’s time to replace filters, however our high performance, low resistance filters boast an impressive lifespan of up to one year.
Our second measurement comes from a portable handheld device that allows you to measure anywhere in the facility. By comparing readings to outside air quality data, Unity validates the results giving you the confidence to communicate those results to customers and employees.
COMMUNICATE RESULTS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS
Your customers and employees deserve to know about the investment you’ve made when it comes to their health and safety, which is why we created a “safe air site” branding designation for your location. as a “safe air site”. Specifically, we are showcasing locations who have earned our ‘safe air site” seal. Plus, we can even display the quality of your air in real time, if you choose. A sticker, sign or plaque should be displayed publicly, pointing patrons to safeairsites.com. Our site provides a detailed description for the public to read about how their health and safety improves with clean, purified air.
